How we craft
How "The Custard" was crafted
Our research started April 2014 and the goal was set and clear from the very beginning. We wanted to
create a smooth, creamy and sophisticated premium vanilla custard, without it being too creamy or too
heavy. Working our way through over 200 carefully chosen custard related flavors, we learned a lot about
how the different flavors act alone and together. Each particular flavor has been studied with different
nicotine levels, VG (vegetable glycerin) / PG (propylene glycol) relations, amount of flavor percentage,
steep time and boiling points and additives to learn its character. The most complex process, have been to
combine the flavors, to achieve the result we wanted for each part of the custards flavor profile.
After many months of research, we finally picked the very best 21 different flavors, and started crafting
"The Custard".
Steeping (how to preserve and mature) our liquids before leaving the production is an important part of
our premium concept. We can only reveal, that it steeps for a minimum of 6 weeks before it leaves us. This
ensures our consumers the very best "ready to vape" experience.
"The Custard`s" special and secret steeping method was discovered by trying out multiple different
techniques for this particular flavor. And the result clearly paid off.
Our product
The VG and PG used in our production are of USP/food grade quality, and the nicotine from the very best
pharmaceutical grade. Our products do not contain any water, stevia, colorings, acetyl propionyl or
diacetyl. All of the flavor concentrates and extracts we use, are carefully tested over time, to learn its
behavior and ability's. Every flavor is available in 0, 3, 6, 12mg/ml. nicotine.
Our products packaging and bottles are of extremely high quality to enhance the feeling of having an
extraordinary product in your hand. The tube works as a light protector, since vaping liquids are very
sensitive to light. Our bottles are wrapped with a piece of polyester, matching the color of the bottle.
Childproof and tamper evident caps are used for protection against unwanted consumption from kids and
pets and to assure you, that you are the first to open the product. The pointy glass pipettes are excellent
for precise and easy use with both dripping and filling tank systems. Our labels are produced on a state of
the art printer and treated with different types of materials, to achieve stunning quality and feel.
All in all, we really did our very best to deliver a unique premium product for the vaping society.
